The purpose of leasing the intended plots is to ensure optimum use of the Zhung Dratshang’s land to support and fund the spiritual obligations associated to the plot/land by facilitating a uniform procedure to fulfil the noble objectives of the company.

GNYL would like to invite interested Bhutanese construction firms with valid trade license for the construction of cafe house at Kuensel Phodrang.

Gerab Nyed-Yon Limited has its own fund for the Construction of the Café house. The fund will be used for payment of running bills. The bidding is limited to selected firms only.
