The 3rd Annual Company Retreat 2026 was held at Hotel Tashi Namgay Grand, Phuntsholing, from 28–31 January 2026, bringing together 31 employees from Head Office and Kuenselphodrang, Project Office in Samtse and Liaison Office in Phuntsholing.
The retreat focused on 2026 Annual Compact targets cascaded into employee-level work plans aligned towards shared goals, the annual budget, and awareness on internal control designs, alongside in-house training sessions. A series of team-building activities was intended to strengthen collaboration, and reinforce organizational culture.
