Work Experience
  1. 31 July 2026-till date: Secretary, National Land Commission Secretariat, Thimphu.
  2. 2020 – 30th July 2026: Director/Director General-level leadership, Department of Land Administration & Management, National Land Commission Secretariat.
  3. Officiated as Head of Agency for more than two years during the COVID period.
  4. 2017–2019: Director, Department of Survey & Mapping, National Land Acting Executive Secretary, Thimphu Thromde (2010).
  5. Worked on the 25-year Thimphu Structure Plan and 10+ Local Area Plans using land pooling, and contributed to structure plans for Damphu, Gelephu and Samtse.
  6. Led nationwide land/property valuation work recognized by the Minister of Finance.
  7. Conducted organizational-development assignments for the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs on instruction of the Royal Civil Service Commission (2016).
  8. Published “Thimphu, Then and Now” (2008), authored/co-authored publications.
